Have you found yourself reflecting and reminiscing about the awesomeness that is Harry Potter?
Wishing you still had another book release or midnight premiere to look forward to?
Well, to ease your pain, the North Georgia Academic Team, in conjunction with the North Georgia Skeptics Society, is hosting a Harry Potter Weekend Extravaganza starting on Friday, Sept. 28 and going through Sunday, Sept. 30.
The festivities will begin with a custom-made Harry Potter Planetarium Show Friday night at 6 p.m. in the North Georgia Planetarium followed by a stargazing party at the North Georgia Astronomical Observatory.
Throughout the weekend, all eight Harry Potter films will be shown and a panel discussion will take place.
Costumes are also encouraged, so if you have a pair of Luna Lovegood glasses or a replica of the Invisibility Cloak you would love to share with fellow “Potter-Heads,” bring them along!
