Sometimes strange things happen on campus.
Usually, Campus Police are involved in sorting out these strange situations once someone reports them.
This week, an unusual source requested the services of authorities: the owner of the offending vehicle.
On Sept. 18, the owner of a vehicle had it towed when it was discovered parked outside Hansford Hall after being driven there with the wrong license plate attached and without car insurance.
